Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Due to the nature of our research products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges of research products after they have left our facility.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, contact Pine Peptides within three business days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs or other available documentation showing the condition of the shipment and products received.
After the issue has been reviewed and verified, Pine Peptides may provide a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Package Opening and Documentation
Customers are strongly encouraged to record a continuous video while opening their package for the first time. The recording should clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, opening of the package, contents, and condition of the products received.
This documentation can help us review and resolve claims involving damaged products, missing items, incorrect items, or shipping-related issues.
Please retain the products and all original packaging until the reported issue has been resolved.
Order Cancellations
Orders that have not shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Contact Pine Peptides as soon as possible after placing an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Customers will have an opportunity to review and confirm their shipping information and complete order before payment is finalized.
Pine Peptides is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
Payment or Order Disputes
If you believe there is an error involving your order or payment, contact Pine Peptides promptly so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
